The items update that was supposed to be coming to Teamfight Tactics didn’t really happen in the 9.18 patch. That isn’t to say that none of the TFT items got changed in the patch, just that they weren’t as wide-sweeping as we had anticipated, though the BF Sword damage reduction is as big as it gets. We’ve updated our TFT cheat sheets to match the items as they appear in the game.
