Let’s not beat around the bush – Earthfall is Left 4 Dead but with aliens instead of zombies. It’s also free to try for the weekend, and very cheap if you want to keep it. Launched in July, Holospark’s co-op FPS never quite caught on, despite looking like a perfectly decent way to spend a few hours exploding stuff with friends. In the end it never really had enough players to sustain itself the way Left 4 Dead did, which brings us to this free weekend and steep sale, shortly after the release of a bunch of free content.
